Under the hood is a powerful 427 tall-block V8 equipped with a Mooneyham 671 supercharger and dual 750 CFM Demon carburetors. The engine features a Comp cam with specification sheet dated October 2023, double-roller timing chain, roller rockers, TRW pistons, Chevy L88 Pink connecting rods, Grumpy Jenkins World cast-iron heads, Melling oil pump producing 65 pounds of pressure, and a Milodon 6-quart oil pan. Additional components include a four-bolt main steel crankshaft with chambering and cross-drilling, chrome alternator, chrome cooling fan shroud, and polished chrome hood scoop.
A custom exhaust system features 2.5″ ceramic-coated fenderwell headers flowing into 4″ collectors, fabricated stainless steel mufflers, and custom four-chamber side pipes. Power is delivered through a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission with a polished case, transmission pan, and flywheel cover. A polished custom aluminum driveshaft connects to a narrowed 9″ Ford rear differential with 3.70 Posi-Traction gearing.
The custom powder-coated, boxed and welded chassis features powder-coated cross supports, a custom four-link rear suspension, polished chrome upper and lower front A-arms, and polished chrome front shocks. Front and rear airbags are supported by a chrome compressor, while custom rack-and-pinion steering provides improved control. Stopping power comes from four-piston Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors, chrome brake calipers, a chrome-plated Hydroboost brake master cylinder, and stainless steel brake lines.
The exterior showcases extensive custom fabrication, including a hydraulically operated bed with adjustable lift speed, chrome hydraulic lifts, stainless steel cross supports, and a custom-fabricated bed box with welded tailgate construction. The oak wood bed features a triple-clear-coated finish with stainless steel strips. Additional details include a custom polished aluminum rear bumper, triple-chrome-plated front bumper, custom LED taillights, chrome hood hinges, stainless steel hood springs, and a 17-gallon stainless steel fuel tank.
The truck features a distinctive GMC front-end design with a bold, unmistakable appearance. A 1957 hood was installed to provide additional rigidity, reduce vibration, and enhance the exterior styling with its dual hood brow lines. The body and paint are rated 9 out of 10, with exceptionally straight hood and door lines, bumpers, and moldings.
Inside, the custom black leather interior was crafted by Bill’s in Brea, California. It features reclining leather bucket seats, matching leather door panels and headliner, and five-point racing harnesses mounted to a custom cab roll bar. A Billet Specialties leather-wrapped steering wheel complements the custom dashboard with AutoMeter Sport-Comp gauges. Power windows and custom toggle switches control the fuel pump, ignition, electric fans, front and rear airbags, hydraulic bed lift, and master kill switch.
Completing the aggressive stance are 15″ Billet Specialties Street Lite front wheels wrapped in Michelin tires and 18″ Centerline rear wheels with Hoosier tires, accommodated by massive 18″-wide tubbed rear fenderwells.
With its supercharged 427 big block, extensive custom fabrication, polished components, and highly detailed interior, this GMC pickup is a truly distinctive performance build with an unmistakable presence.
